The Flex Base wireless control system provides a cost-effective solution to the restrictive use of hardwired pendants. These durable and rugged yet lightweight controls are ideal for use in lifting applications including chain hoists and small cranes. The ergonomic Flex Base transmitter is available in 4, 6, 8, and 12 button options, and packaged with our MRX or Flex Base receivers for a complete solution.
Flex Base systems are packaged with two transmitters and a receiver, allowing for easy replacement and increased uptime. Our 4- and 6-button transmitters are paired with the space-saving MRX receiver, while 8- and 12-button transmitters are paired with the Flex Base receiver.

MRX Receiver
This lightweight, versatile receiver can be securely mounted on the control panel or directly onto the body of a hoist without disrupting or causing any imbalance in the system. Designed for a variety of applications, it ensures smooth functionality without affecting overall performance. Its advanced Voltage Select feature automatically detects and adjusts to the control voltage from three available power supply options, ensuring flexibility and ease of use. The options include: 9-36 VDC, 24-48 VAC, and 48-240 VAC, offering adaptability across various setups.
The MRX Receiver is ideal for use in dynamic environments where precision and reliability are key. Its robust design and compact size make it a convenient solution, and its ability to accommodate different voltage types ensures its versatility across multiple power configurations. Pushbuttons feature gold-plated contacts, ensuring over one million press cycles and providing tactile feedback, even when wearing gloves. Durable enclosures made from industrial-strength nylon and fiberglass composite materials guarantee long-lasting reliability. The receiver operates for over 100 hours on two "AA" alkaline batteries, with an optional rechargeable battery kit. The battery compartment is easily accessed with a thumbscrew, requiring no tools. It also offers a line-of-sight distance of up to 100 meters (300 feet).
